Nestled in a valley in the stunning Adelaide Hills region lies our commercial cherry orchard. We grow, harvest and grade the cherries for the domestic and international market. The cherries that are surplus to our needs are pitted and dried. The dried cherries are rolled and tossed in couverture chocolate, absolute magic!!
